Postage & Returns Policy
Postage is included in my flower prices. If geography permits and you can collect the flowers I will happily deduct the postage costs.
I take great care with packaging my sugar flowers and there posted by Special Delivery. The Post Office guarantees the flowers will reach you by 13.00 the day after posting. This is the Post Office Policy and guarantee, I can't be held accountable if the post office fail to deliver their promise but I will calim on your behalf and return postage if refunded by them.
The service is also covered by an insurance should your flowers not arrive in perfect condition. Although packaged and boxed in strong boxes I cannot be held responsible for damaged caused by the postal service however I will seek a refund from the post office for any damage they may have caused. Once the post office satisfy their part in the damage I will refund your payment. I will send proof of any and all correspondence received regarding any claim I need to process on your behalf.
If your unhappy with your flowers for any other reason please email or call me for a full redund. If your unhappy with your flowers when they arrive I will request you return them in the original packaging and once received I will issue you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Proof of posting always retained. This has not been necessary before, I've always found this service to be more than satisfactory.
