Postage is included in my flower prices. If geography permits and you can collect the flowers I will happily deduct the postage costs.
My flowers are all posted Special Delivery and will reach you by 13.00 guaranteed. This is the Post Office Policy and guarantee, I can't be held accountable if the post office fail to deliver their promise.
The service is also covered by an insurance should your flowers not arrive in perfect condition. I cannot be held responsible for damaged caused by the postal service but will give refund once post office claim has been satisfied. This will be done, by myself, on your behalf should it be necessary.
I will send proof of any and all correspondence received regarding any claim.
Proof of posting always retained. This has not been necessary before, I've always found this service to be more than satisfactory.
I will email you to notify you the day they're posted and request you notify me when they've arrived.
If for any reason your not completely satisfied with your flowers, return them in original order and packaging within 7 days for a full refund.
