A deposit is required to book and confirm a wedding cake and the balance is requested 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Once confirmation and deposit is received you will receive full written details in the post of your design idea and colour scheme, it are these details I work from when I come to make your wedding cake.

When your cake is complete you will receive a photo, sent via email, so you can see your design complete. However when sponge based this will not be until the day before the wedding to ensure the sponges are as fresh as possible for you and your guests.

I offer a delivery and set up service of your wedding cake to the venue on the wedding day. A FREE service I offer all my brides who's venue is within the West Midlands area. Further Counties available for this service for a small charge to re-coup fuel expenses so please enquire... I will liaise with the venue closer to the wedding date with regard to a mutually convenient time to deliver your wedding cake.

I can re-create any style or design of wedding cake so if you have a design in mind please feel free to send me a picture and I'll happily send you a no obligation quote.

For flower orders full payment ir required upon placing an order, an email will be sent when your flowers are ready to dispatch and to confirm postal address.

Special delivery requires a signature on receipt of the flowers.

I accept personal cheques, bank transfer or payments through secure PayPal. I can send the relevant information once I know your prefered payment method. This confirms an order and gives you a receipt for money paid.

Personal cheques must clear before your flowers will be dispatched.

Deposit of Wedding cakes is £100 to secure and book an order and is usually none refundable due to outlay of ingredients. Although I will take into account individual cases and time frames if cancellation is necessary.
