A deposit is required to book a wedding cake and the balance due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
I email request for the balance and invite you to view your cake at this time, geography permitting. I always email a photo oc your completed cake so if viewing isn't possible you still have a picture of the completed cake.
Flower orders are taken with full payment and an email sent once ready to dispatch and to confirm postal address.
Special delivery requires a signature on reciept of the flowers.
With regard to the delivery of your wedding cake I liase with the venue close to your wedding regarding delivery times etc.
I do deliver to further Counties, depending on date and time with other commitments so if interested please enquire.
Your cake is already set up for your viewing, (or email picture), then boxed for safe delivery, re-set up is not a long or difficult process at the venue so I only charge enough to cover fuel costs.
I accept personal cheques or payments through secure paypal. If payment through paypal is your prefered method of payment I will send a money request to you. This confirms an order and gives you a reciept for money paid.
Personal cheques must clear prior to the posting of flowers.
Balance for wedding cakes will be requested 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
Deposit of Wedding cakes is £100 to secure and book an order and is usually none refundable due to outlay of ingedients. Although I will take into account individual cases and time frames if cancellation is necessary.
