A little about my wedding cakes, sugar flowers and service in general.

I offer to make and design a wedding cake with you to specifically complement you and your wedding.

I welcome a challenge and can help you recreate the cake of your dreams.

I offer many sponge flavours to choose from including:

Vanilla sponge

A rich Chocolate sponge

Fruit & Nutty Carrot cake

Zingy Lemon cake

Red velvet sponge, a deep red sponge with a chocolate flavour

Strawberry sponge

Raspberry sponge

I also offer an Egg-less sponge

My fruit cake is a rich fruit cake and will be covered with an 80% Almond Marzipan.

All my brides can expect my personal attention, from initial discussion of design until completion of their wedding cake. I only take one wedding cake per day as I also offer a FREE delivery and set up service within the West Midlands. So once you book a wedding cake with me your cake is my priority for the day!

I'm happy to offer this service to venue's further afield, please email me for a quote I do make a small charge to recoup fuel expenses.

Once your wedding cake is confirmed with a deposit you will receive full writtern details in the post of your wedding cake design. You will receive 2 photo's of your wedding cake as it progresses....If your wedding cake includes sugar flowers you will receive a photograph of your completed flowers once made, approx 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The 2nd photo will be of your completed cake set up for you to see prior to the wedding. Depending upon the flavour this may be as late as the day before delivery to ensure the sponges are as fresh as possible for you and your guests.

Each of my flowers are hand crafted, petal by petal, into beautiful life-like blooms.

Being a bespoke wedding cake I can make your flower choice in any shade to fit your colour theme and wedding cake perfectly. Colour swatches welcome to match your wedding colours.

Rose blooms and single Orchids, for example, look stunning on a tiered wedding cake and can double as wedding favours for female guests. I also offer wedding favours in clear perspex boxes ready to give your guests. For examples please see my gallery.

Single rose blooms can make lovely toppers for the cup cake fountain designs.

Made from Sugar paste the flowers will keep for years if kept away from direct light and heat making them perfect and unusual favours.

From the favourites Roses & Orchids to the more exotic Birds of Paradise I can recreate any flower. Being hand crafted means no two blooms are exactly the same.

I can recreate your wedding bouquet in sugar to decorate your wedding cake. Similar to the Rebecca, Caroline & Julia all the same cake design but with specific flowers and colours for each individual brides theme. Cakes can be seen in my Gallery.
